A well established Westhill based employer are currently looking to add to their established and friendly team. They are looking for a temporary Internal Account Manager to cover maternity leave for around the next 5 to 6 months. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. Please Note This position will involve training within another branch located in England Duties Include Deal directly with clients problem solving any issues or queries they may have Attend client meetings and communicate on a regular basis via the telephone Liaise with colleagues based in Aberdeen and in other locations within the company network Act upon any business opportunities or leads from clients Problem solve any issues and resolve them in a timely manner Responsible for base business Update information using the Salesforce.com database Network with clients to gain new business The successful candidate will Have direct experience in a similar role Be available to commence employment immediately Be free to work for the next 5 to 6 months Be of smart appearance and have an excellent telephone manner Be computer literate and comfortable learning new packages Be a problem solver and be able to think on their feet Have excellent communication skills both written and spoken Have excellent customer service skills Desirable Skills Have working knowledge of Sap and or Salesforce.com If you would like to apply for the exciting opportunity please apply online or forward a Cv to melanie.begg reedglobal.com
