Experienced Front of House Manager is sought by our client a rural hotel with a national reputation for excellence which prides itself on its standard of service to guests. Ideally you will have experience in a similar capacity. You will be acting as the face of the hotel so it is essential that you have good presentation and excellent English language skills. You will be the focus of several functions within the hotel (eg concierge room service handling guests questions) and you will need diplomatic skills as well as the ability to organize staff and to stay calm in difficult circumstances. Part of your duties will be the promotion of the hotels services to maximize income. The successful applicant is likely to be qualified to degree level or equivalent.
